I am a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, with a long experience gained in the field in close contact with companies of all sizes, in particular multinational companies operating in highly regulated contexts. Over the years I have chosen to specialize in business relaunch processes, regulatory compliance and governance, convinced that only an integrated and strategic approach can guarantee lasting results. I often work as an advisor in regulatory and governance compliance processes, an expert in debt restructuring, a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and a consultant for compliance with standards such as SOX, GDPR, ISO and Model 231.
