Since I started working in the profession, I have always believed in a dynamic and concrete law, which is not limited to resolving disputes, but which supports people and companies in their daily choices, providing security and vision.

On this basis I developed my legal activity by progressively specializing in commercial law, corporate law and business crisis procedures. I also specialized in credit recovery both in out-of-court and in court (compulsory recovery in monitory and executive proceedings).

Over the years I have acquired qualified experience in the field of real estate law, from contract law to the judicial phase.

For many years I have been passionately studying the topic of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures in all the main fields of civil and commercial law.

In my daily activity of supporting clients, the ability to listen, the speed of intervention and the construction of tailor-made solutions play a decisive role, because every company has a unique story and deserves a legal strategy that protects its future.

My goal is to provide my clients with peace of mind by relying on solid, reliable and result-oriented advice.
