During my long career, I have worked mainly in the area of national and international commercial law, often establishing ongoing consultancy relationships with companies that for various reasons have relations with foreign countries.

This has allowed me to acquire good experience in the field of national and international commercial contracts, corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, investment and extraordinary finance transactions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. I have also had the opportunity to collaborate with leading Italian trust companies, gaining significant experience in the field of trust and trusts, financial markets, banking compliance and asset management.

I believe in the need to support my clients with a concrete and dynamic approach based on an accurate analysis of the problems and on the study and preparation of the most appropriate and effective legal solutions in relation to the specific needs of each reality.

• Degree in Law from the State University of Milan.
• She was a member of the Milan Bar Association from 1 January 1982 to 31 December 2014.
