Since the beginning of my professional career, I have chosen to specialize in real estate law: it is an area that touches people’s lives and the stability of companies in a very concrete way.

I deal with real rights, leases, condominiums and neighborly relations with continuity, following every story both in the contractual and litigation phases. Over time, I have combined this experience with a growing interest in alternative dispute resolution procedures, in particular mediation, which is often a more effective and less traumatic way to resolve conflicts.

I have also gained solid skills in commercial and corporate law, in business crisis procedures and in everything related to debt collection, both in the out-of-court and judicial phases (including monitoring and executive proceedings).

Those who turn to me find concrete support, based on experience, method and attention. My goal is always to offer efficient and sustainable legal solutions, minimizing the time and costs of the dispute, and enhancing – when possible – the way of settlement.
