Criminal law is a complex subject, which profoundly affects people’s lives. For this reason, since the beginning of my career, I have chosen to deal with it with rigor, dedication and humanity.

I gained experience in delicate contexts such as prison law and maxi-trials, and then deepened juvenile law and the protection of the most vulnerable. I deal with situations involving mistreatment, child abduction and crimes that undermine the safety and integrity of the person, aware of the emotional and legal weight that these events entail.

I also offer legal assistance in the field of computer crimes and risks related to digital, supporting companies and individuals in the management of these new and insidious problems.

I base my approach on the awareness that each patient has a different story, and my role is to listen, understand and build the best strategy to protect their rights.

I approach each case with determination, lucidity and a deep sense of responsibility, because I understand that behind every proceeding there is a life that can be forever marked by the consequences of a criminal proceeding.
